better off getting your own, most chippys have to pay to have it disposed of so will give it to you for free.

all he'll be doing is filtering the bits out.

if you pour it through a sock into your tank and change your fuel filter regularly, you'll have no trouble whatsoever.

A friend of mine makes this (boi diesl). When they filter it they blend it with methanol.Smells like the fuel you get for RC cars.you have tobe careful what vehicle you run on it as you can wreck the injector pump.

For many year military use oil from vegtable & olive, mix with carosin 80/20. Use any oil ,if liquid when cold also. Fish chip shop use beef drip, IN NO good ,this set solid when cold. Diesel engine also mus be mechanical fule pump, modern motor no good, elecronic !

mix any oil 70/20 carosin, engine will be good, maybe change fuel filter more regula, as veg oil may collect all rubbish in fuel system better.once filter change, all good. If oil use from shop, filter very good , thru many cloth first

if he,s making bio diesel out of used veg oil,(in a reactor and mixing it with methoxide[methanol and pottasium],nuetralizing it then washing it then drying it), and selling it for 80p, try it, but make sure your vehicle has a bosch fuel pump, older vehicles run on it fine,

have a look on the diesel bob website

as already said, the oil needs to be cold running oil.ie, still runny when cold,. due to the price of new stuff chip shops tend to use the solid blocks of fat,and thats a deffinate no no

it will be obvious when you get it if its liquid or block, they empty the fat system when the fat is cold to save any potential disasters lol.

home made oil mixes with no tax on are all as illegal as eachother, so why bother mixing it? theres a bmw approved garage by me and the owner runs a 3 series derv on free cooking oil as it is.
