A quick lamp.

Recommended Posts

Hi lads n lasses, again there was nothing on tv, nothing new there then :) So I decided to go for a quick lamp, not a trudge, just a motor job to see whats about. Did'nt have to look far, the first lane onto my nearest piece of land provided the first shot, which resulted in one little rabbit, so onwards and upwards, drove around for a hour, decided to get off home when bunnie number two jumped out in front of me onto the gravel road, so resting the gun on the mirror, I popped it off, and he joined his cousin in the boot of my car, not a big bag, but an enjoyable hour out. And the EOS pic.

If you think that was small, you should read my last thread. They are what you call small  Tiny in fact, but they are shot for a reason and not for sport, I'm assuming Chameleon is shooting for the same reason

BTW Very nice shooting buddy :clapper:

Every rabbit in this area is being shot to feed my animals, I get first option on all the warrens with this landowner, then the rest are being gassed, and next years sport is a p*ss poor second to protecting crops, which is why I was granted access to the land in the first place. And come the ferreting season, there will still be stacks of rabbits to go at on other parts of the farm that are not near crops, but at the moment its all to do with crop protection, hope this clears things up Bradbury
