its only right to make sure a dog gets a good home and to ask a modest sume of cash often will ensure that the new owner can provide properly for the dog not all people are as good as our selfs or there would be no rspca plonkers in there little vans

i agree with you mate but just some people tried to question the man when he said the dog was rounding his little boy up because he can smell a different scent from the boy because hes diabetic. dogs are well knowing to do that. to me its a genuine sale but people are trying to make out hes at it

If you read my posts you will see that yes i did question him on the dog, however i also added that with training and an increase in the dogs exercise the problem could be overcome easily. Not once did i suggest the gentleman was "at it" . . . i merely asked for more info on the dog. I still stand by my opinion that a dog of this breeding and age, would be highly unlikely to behave in this manor, for the reasons given . . . . IF . . . . it was receiving adequate exercise and training. Just my opinion.

i agree with putting price's on dogs so there more likley to get looked after right, but my only question is, has the dog been looked after properly anyway its 9 month old and not even had its jabs yet. im not questioning the reason to get rid of the dog thats there choice i just think its abit strange why it hasn't thats 1 of the first thing you'd do when you got it, cheers jonny

you could sell it to someone who has a lot of money and they end up not caring about the dog leaving it in the kennel week in week out. where as you could sell it to someone who isnt got a lot of money and cant afford the price but would put all his time in to it and love the dog. knew a man a while ago who never had a penny but had a lurcher and this lurcher was always well walked and always well fed so money goes for nothing. you would have to go out a walk with the person or go to his home and have a blether. you can work the flymen out in the first 5 mins. let the man get on with rehoming his dog

Asking cash for a dog insures nothing, I can see what you are saying, but at the end of the day there are plenty of skint people who would give a dog a good home for life. I know some people will try to make a profit on it, but you can't tarnish every body with the same brush.
