jigsaw 11,899
Tonight on RTE 1 at 9.30 p.m.theres a PRIMETIME tv show on the debate of a hunting ban, please watch and then ring your local td's and in no uncertain terms let them know where you stand on this and where they will stand if they dont stand against it.Your vote is very valuable to them, make sure they earn your vote by reprensenting you in your fight against this bloody insane movement. The greens must go and only the voting public can do this.Stand up and be counted and dont take the attitude that it wont happen over here. freem 25
Trevor Sergeant is as slippery as a fox on the lamp with a lurcher up his hole, you just couldn't get a straight answer out of him
jigsaw 11,899
that was the thing that really was obvious,he wouldnt say what was on their agenda.he did a lot of good for the fieldsports campaign tonight avoiding the issues.
wexford Pa 84
He talked a load of shite.. Dodged questions and wanted his points across.. He looked bambi on thin ice there tonight cos he slipped everytime Liam Cahill made a point.. They'l never really let out whats really on their agenda but everyone can tell.. I think we came through that lookin ok.. Was that a certain someone i seen in the crowd at the start of the footage? Edited April 15, 2010 by wexford Pa
Fat-Ferret 857
I watched it...Trevor Sargent didnt do himself, or the Greens any favours whatsoever...I thought the speaker from RISE done a fantastic job and really got the point across, while Trevor was left making half hazard stupid comments about a school yard, And as the man from RISE said...It was ONE incident in 150 Years...If thats all the Greens have to hang onto in order to Ban Stag Hunting...Then its a pretty bad case. And was it just me...Or who was the presenter in favour of? It definitely wasnt the Greens as far as I could see!
wexford Pa 84
Nice to see plenty of guests reading, :welcome:
freem 25
You are right, he hasn't done himself or the greens any favours, thanks Trevor!! lol Mary White said as much herself "that they want to ban all hunting, but not just at the moment" where's Fine Fail in all this, down in the Dail bar? freem 25
Liam Cahill is the the RISE rep.
Meroman 105
It was great to see Trevor seargent avoiding answering questions and proving to the nation on Prime time TV that the greens definitely have a hidden agenda. Liam Cahill was very convincing and backed up all he said with real facts, I reckon the interviewer was no fan of Seargents probably as a result of Seargents attempt recently to pervert the course of justice. cúagusgiorraí 57
I thought overall it was a very good presentation and debate, in my opinion, the greens had no argument. That RISE fella did a very good job.
