Guest ROUGH COATED Posted March 21, 2010 Report Share Posted March 21, 2010 Had a little session today on a old quarry ,had the two rod's out one on the PATERNOSTA RIG and one on a drennan float straight through to hook link both on live bait ROACH,was very quiet all day not a bit of movement, the weather wasn't the cleverest either sunny and not a clound in sight but then as the dark come in i had a take on the float rod but it took it right round an island and i had to strike abit to early and the b*****d wasn't hooked and he took off laughing so on goes another roach just to the left of where i was fishing and within 5mins it was gone again little play and it was on the bank,wasnt the best day but beat's sitting round the house.
