jasper65 6
Looks like you got some good sport there Gary!! cracking shooting Pal . Its typical you live so far as I'm trying to fill my freezer up with as many Pigeons as possible for the Falcons, they always seem to do better in the breeding season when they're on Pigeon!! its like Rocket fuel to them..... I just gave a guy in the area 75 = 12 gauge steel shot cartiridges to get me some pigeons!! it worked out a bit expensive as he ended up with 7, and I thought I was a bad shot ..... Its a shame I didn't know anyone in the area as I would supply all the Ammo for any Pigeons ETC.... atb Jasp Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
Remember when we were down there when I was about 14 The old man went tasting around loads of farms till he found the best (well he reckoned it was) I went with him to get a gallon of each Dry, Medium and Sweet. He reckoned he would keep it for a few months at home to 'mature' That'll teach him he went for a pint of medium, the Jar was empty So he tried the dry, same there He was completely bewildered when he found the sweet was empty as well I told him I reckon its cuz it was high alcohol content and the stoppers couldn't have been in properly and it must have evaporated with the central heating being on and the alc content. He finally agreed with that hypothosis Tell yah it was deffinately better before it had aged Phantom Quote Link to post
jackinbox99 41
Good shooting! There are no end of huge pigeons around my work which i see every lunchtime, unfortunately its a business park with houses in close proximity, so no chance of me ever being able to get permission or be able to shoot them. Shame, as they are seriously fat birds! Quote Link to post
Marksman 934
Not bad I suppose..... Lol Good shooting! There are no end of huge pigeons around my work which i see every lunchtime, unfortunately its a business park with houses in close proximity, so no chance of me ever being able to get permission or be able to shoot them. Shame, as they are seriously fat birds! just wondering if you've even asked mate?? I would still write or even visit the managing agent and ask them if they know they have a large vermin problem namely feral pigeons which can spread disease and that it is their responsibility to keep them under contol. That's where you come in and offer to take care of them for FREE!! Companes seem to like that word.... So....you won't know if you don't try mate! Darryl Quote Link to post
