festa 206 Posted January 29, 2010 Report Share Posted January 29, 2010 do you think i have anything to worry about ?? my 13 year old daughter decided she wants to move on to shooting she's been ferreting with us and after an accident a while ago (old springer no bear trap and fingers) ouch that put her off air guns but now ive gone to pcp (AA s510) she decided to have another go and i cant get her off my new baby. so ive told her she's not coming hunting until she has got used to shooting targets and she starts hitting the kill zones so i started her off on a 12mtr range and this was her 1st go with an air rifle (im worried) she's not allowed to be better than her dad !!! :whistling: atb gary Quote Link to post

sibaldib 6 Posted January 29, 2010 Report Share Posted January 29, 2010 Nothing better than starting your kids as soon as they are comfortable with a gun. My boys were shooting clays at 13 and using my air rifles. They moved on to other things and have now flown the nest, but hopefully they will educate their children the same way.
