what is best saluki pure running now if i may ask and hw do they compare to proper coursing strains what run fen

ive got the best pure single handed in europe today and its by khan and i bred it and its sister and brother are 2nd and 3rd best and theyre mother is as good if not better . what ever the critics have lets get it on . these are the best pures running today full stop if this khan stuff is not upto scratch lets run it against this so called superior stock . which i say dont exist lets dont keep arguing lets get it pm and get it on

I love these threads, But am i right in thinking no one has actually slated kizzy/pharoh/ khan lines everyone seems to agree they are some, if not the best, lines in europe maybe even the world.

 

The problem is that the gene pool is so small and getting smaller, your much more likely to get problems coming through, that have been mentioned. It obviously ISN'T a big problem at the moment, with only very few isolated cases, but the protential for it to explode in say 3 or 4 generations must be taken seriously.

 

New blood has to be a good thing as long as it's the RIGHT new blood and not just new blood for new blood sake.

Eventually I want a pure bred bitch, but Im not taking on any more dogs for a couple of years now (unless something goes sadly wrong) so I have time on my side to wait to see how the imports impact on the coursing scene in the uk, before making a descision on what lines to try next............ always exciting times ahead

lmao, he's a fine animal, do you think his Highness would take instalments? I couldn't afford the airfare to Dubai never mind importing a dog from there it amazes me the lenghths yourself and others have gone to, to find the blood you require, with people like the main contributors to this thread involved the future of 'saluki' is in good hands likesay by the time Im ready to buy in again things will have changed............
