put ferrit down 1 holer

me my mate were out sun put the ferrit down a 1 holer on a bank waited an hour no ferrit the battery went dead on the ferrits collar so blocked it in went back 2 days later with mates cleaned hole out put we jill in 2 3 min came out put the hob in 2 3 min came out both run the set cause we tracked them round the set were do yous think the first 1 went or happen to it it just cant dissapear

Probably did one out of a bolt hole out of sight, I have a jill that will chase rabbits when they bolt, so I have to keep an eye on her when she's out

Was it a sandy bank?

If so the bank might of collapsed in the burrow.

Can you not trench it? maybe at least find out for sure? and get your collar back, just use th other ferrets to give an indication of direction if needed?

Aye dig it out it sounds like there a blockage ,your two other ferrets arent going deep enough ,do the ignore dead rabbits ??? only way to know for sure and get your collar back is trench it

perhaps the collar has got trapped on a root so the ferret is stuck or the ferret has fallen down a step shaft and cant get out or is behind a dead rabbit
