Antis are hiding their IP address, basically a ##### and a few other bits and bobs thing is all they need to do is restart the page and they can vote everytime. Edited coz I've sorted it, have voted quite a few times but somebody is really uping the anti (sorry for the pun) everytime I vote there has been at least 3 votes besides mine.
