Carrie-Ann 0
Ive had muck boots for ages there great, so comfy and warm, I even bought the hubby some for his birthday and hes never had them off his feet, i walk around all day in them they are like slippers one thing i would say is the neoprene is quite rubbish, my terrier pup ate the top of them and theres needle teeth marks on them, but they still keep me feet dry. beddyman 6
got a pair of tay sport ones i paid £55 for them just over a year ago and they have all went up in price last month so they now £90 .. however i cant fault them apart from they are slippy as feck on wet stone , but they are warm and very comfy . you can wear them all day no prob ... as for barbed wire i think most would rip on barbed wire but they are easily repaired with a diving suit patch .. would recomend them to anyone .... Fieldsporthunter 1,864
bought myself some muck boots today i normally get hunters wellies but the last pair i got were crap didnt last more than a couple of month .walked about 5 mile today in them and there were dry and warm and felt like slippers realy impressed with them .just wondering what other people opinion of them are and if they are durable enough to last a couple of years they are good wellies but the soles wear down pretty fast ive gone throu 4 pair in the last 3year and the only thing thats wore out was the sole, but then again i walk alot. if you get nicks and small tears in the neoprene just fill full of puncher repair addisive were as hunters just have to look at barbed wire and they f****d. tdavepat 8
I've had a pair for 6 months and, like all my wellies, I have virtually lived in them. My arches are now well and truely f****d. I would not have another pair if I was paid. Warm is how I would describe them, but if they get wet inside, they'll take a year to dry out. shooter2000 0
crap for grip but well warm and dry
Hannah4181 260
Mine were good whilst they lasted, however the easy ripping and slippy soles meant i wouldn't buy a second pair. IMO Dubarry boots are the way to go, yes they are very pricey, but if treated will last you 5 years plus, totally waterproof, warm, excellent grip and stylish!

longdogbow 12
Had a pair ruined them in under a month. I now just buy these http://www.surplusandadventure.com/shop/boots-walking/military-boots/us-extreme-cold-weather-boots-524758.html they are really warm, my feet never get wet, and lets face it at that price if you ruin them its no big deal. In summer I just wear Zamberlan hiking boots. ive just ordered a pair of them mickey mouse boots-a tenner and 6.95 p&p.hell for that price ya can call me minnie mouse.as long as me feet are dry and warm. i got a pair of hunters-balmoral.good and pretty warm for wellies.but when i got full waterproofs on prefer a normal boot.and like me old army buddy keeps tellin me.go over on ya ankle in em and see how ya get back to the car.
