thanks sean, first serious camera for me, i've always been into photography, but really never took the step into it, for financial reasons.... still couldn't afford it but thought what the hell, and treated myself.....

 

too many settings to get used to at once though......lol

you'll soon get there mate.......i was the same with mine and i used a standard slr (film) for 20 years first......they are so different !!!!!!

 

one step at a time and practice, practice, practice.

 

the first one (light coming through the trees) is superb

 

keep that up mate and you'll do well

 

and keep us informed with your progress

 

and most of all enjoy it ( put it down and walk away when you get frustrated)

nice wood shots..

 

dont worry about the settings, pic one and play with that.. when your used to it, pick another lol. if you do them all at once you may get in a cufuddle.

 

next comes the photo shop programs lol... gimps ok for a free one.(summut to play with...).
