dare 1,103 Posted November 2, 2009 Report Share Posted November 2, 2009 I think the same small circle wanting man aggressive dogs probally wear tracksuits and sell abit of puff and think they are the man, sad thing is alot of em are parents and what chance do the kids have? Banning breeds has been proven not to work so whats the solution? Id say when you buy a dog you have to pay some money to apply for a license...the money paid will pay for say dog training classes...hopfully this will put people of buying dogs for silly money there for removing some of the thick money hungry breeders...if you then are seen to be acting unlawful with your dog police can ask to see your license..3 warnings before you have to complete a training programe which you pay for and if you fail your banned from keeping animals for 5years...if you dont have a license your fined and made to apply.
