But,..it is not illegal to sell such a rubbish item,...just foolish to use such an instrument of torture on a wild creature here in the UK. Quote Link to post

I think anyone using it for squirrels would end up loosing his traps . They'd just run off with em stuck over their heads and either like Chalkwarren said end up injured or manage to push them off .
