ladyp 12 Posted October 25, 2009 Report Share Posted October 25, 2009 There will be an Indoor Terrier and Lurcher Show at the Heart of Wales Showground Builth Wells Powys LD2 3RD on Sunday 25th October 2009Entries will be taken for the simulated coursing at 10.30am prompt Show will commence at approx 1 oclock Cups for Champion Terrier Lurcher Puppies and champion Terrier and lurcher with bags of dog food also. Reserve champ was villebones dog recognised by the very pink muzzle lol Not sure about the showing, i know ryfudd got reserve champ over all, jedd and ryfudd get 2nd in the brace, my bitch niela was 3rd in the bull x bitch, ryfudd 1st jedd 2nd in the bull x dog. Straight racing puppy champion was our saluki whippet grey, prinny and reserve was our bull x bitch xena Straight racing under 23" champ was our bull x niela Straight racing over 23" champ was ryfudd unders against overs to decide the overall champ. Respect to labsnlurchers for sorting the valley old folk out with some balls (lead) gives them some thing to play with!! Some fine lurchers on show, and well done to topper on best terrier, nice to see a few grafters in the frame , and there was a few grafters about today that was a breath of fresh air to see. miss lurcher bitch 319 Posted October 25, 2009 Report Share Posted October 25, 2009 hi had a good day today met labs and lurchers whitey and his wife as well porkchop and villabones nice to meet you all and andy and hunter gal i got a second with my beddy/whip/grey in the under 23 my daughter collie/grey had a second in the over 23 class done a bit of raceing my dogs second time but was very keen so hope to do a little better next time but over all a good day only been home an hour but was worth the distance you cant beat the welsh shows in my eyes best days out atb mlb Quote Link to post Share on other sites
