i have saved a jack door, magpie, pigeons, sparrows, shrow, mouse, a baby rat, and loads i cant remember. I only kill for food so an less I am going to eat it i will try my best to save it .

i agree mate iv saved all kinds of injured animals. Its a great feeling nursing them back to health and releasing them.no point in killing things for the sake of killing. If the injury is to bad and the animal is suffering and going to die then kill it but otherwise why kill en it

i hand reared a ferret kit this breeding season,, spent over a hundred and fifty on the critter he lived ans was happy and healthy but i wanted to only keep a couple of jills so i gave him away,,, bloody typical the only male out the litter was the one i bonded to the most!!

Well you tried Lass seems a lot wouldn't,i spent a good hour chasing one back in the summer with a broken wing through a thick hedgerow and trying to keep the dogs from joining in.Poor fecker had the bone spintered through it's skin so had to do the deed, would have nursed that back if i could have.I have to say it's wings look pretty on the wall of my shed though.
