try cutting off bite size bits of rabbit, putting a slice of garlic either side of the rabbit piece, then wrap in a basil leaf and then finally wrap in streaky bacon.......do about 12 of these, then simply cook in 2 cans of chopped tomatos untill tender, season! ......serve with pasta....fooking gorgeous!!! its so tender and the kids love it!

That sounds great Im going to try that. Try rabbit pakora, mix a thick batter with water and chick pea flour (its called Besan in ethnic shops) then blend some corriander seeds, cumin seeds, crushed red chillies or chilly powder, garlic powder and salt in a blender until its a fine powder then mix it with the batter, dip chunks of rabbit in the batter and deep fry until golden you can serve it with a yogurt dip made of fresh natural yogurt chopped corriander leaf, mint and a bit of chilli powder.

sounds nice gonna try that next time! My missus covered our last one in tex mex spices and had it it pita wraps with salad and it was really good then we done one in sweet chilli sauce and put it in the george forman to make it all hot and slightly crispy and that was absolutley stunning. Can't wait to try the reggae reggae idea. Did you use the marinade or the bottled sauce? Cheers, Kristian.
