well it pissed down again today

hi every one

 

as it pissed down again today,charlie & i decided to make some paper target holders for grouping.and some plinking targets so we can use them on the range at the T.H.L meet,also charlie has made some out of M.D.F and painted them too with his young son.

I like the kangaroo's :D It should be a good bash, hope the weather holds for you lads, wish I could put in an apearance, but I'm tied up, and I dont mean in a kinky fashion either :D

just watch out for any pellets coming back at you Davey, MDF is quite hard square on ;)

 

That reminds me of the time when I shot a rat, unwittingly my pellet bounced off an old sheet of kitchen worktop behind it and fizzed past my head!!!

Good point, maybe I should have my .223 posted over for the event. :D Or .... where can I get a hammer and spring for my aa410 :blink:

i made some a couple of weeks back with some old 3/4" ply that was lying around,

 

i printed pictures of piegons, squirels, rabbits off the internet then cut them out, drew around them and jigsawed them out, put a peice of 1x1" on the back to hold them up, and with two holes drilled in 'em to put tent pegs through,

 

will get pics up later on,

 

only problem is that i stupidly let the keeper have a pop at them and now the peices of ply started to seperate, but screwed it back together,

a good idea would be to put a bit of steel on the top....
