on the way home from work

hi every one

i was working nr wantage today so on the way home, i popped in to visit a horse paddock. i have permission to shoot of the builder who owns it, and haven't been there for a while,as he had locals complaining that what we was doing was inhumane but when i got there the pony's were gone and the nettle & thistles were quite tall, so just sat in me van and watched for any movement.

 

as i was doing this two pigeons landed on the fence,so i slowly opened my door and slid out of the drivers side and round to the back of the van.straight in to the back got me AAS410 .22 out and opened the side door slowly and THWACK down it goes.now i got the itch,{ was only gonna have a look around to see if it was worth coming down the week end }

 

now I'm in the paddock croccs on shorts work shirt, and decided to give it a go. i spotted the first target about 50yds away so had to get a bit closer so very slowly of i went, i got within range 30yds THWACK down not a twitch.now i spot another a bit further away so of i go in me work clothes. stalking the quarry, wind in my face and i used the tall thistle's to obscure it's view of me and THWACK number three in the bag not bad for 35 minutes there abouts.so packed up thought i better leave some for the week end

this is the place where we was gonna go after we left the other horse paddock,no work tommorow so me and charlie are going to winsor to have a look at a AAS410K .177 for him

i have 9 permissions,so thats alot of land to shoot loads of them.and to be fare there is loads down here ,but every permission is different.some are productive and some are hard work,so have to keep every one sweet.
