arnieboy 93 Posted July 7, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2009 Hmmmm...How can u not have 'paypal'.. u can use paypal to make 1 time payments without having an account i believe, also if the guy was intending to rob he would surely have claimed not to receive the cash?... Possible best way of stopping cons is to advertise on here and once a deal is agreed set up an auction on ebay with a buy it now for agreed price and use paypal, i would rather do this and pay 5% extra to cover commission than send money as a 'gift' for which i may not be able to open a dispute.... have sold items this way before and it works. obviously would not work on guns, knives and livestock but surely best to deal cash on collection for these anyhow. and if paypal had been used on these books would not be able to dispute as paypal only investigate within 30 days, but books should only take 2-3 days to arrive! Jon what else can he be doin he claimed it was recived (the money) then failed to provide the tracking code (his suggestion) then went quite when pm'd as to were the book was then he claimed it had been delivered but couldnt give me the adress were THE BOYS A THEIF SIMPLE AS i have pm'd him hes ignored them even though hes been on and looked at my profile {the cheeky t**t}i have given him my mobile number what else is he???????????????????????
