Guest MickyB
Before I became a pest controller I ferreted a season from september until about mid april, or when the nettles got up. Nowadays I find uses for the ferrets all year round, like this afternoon when I ferreted a strip of wood that has no ground cover, adjoining paddocks and gardens. Other local profesionals use gas in such situations, but I would never use gas, i find it a very distaseful way of going about it. Yes young rabbits are a pain, but they have been about since early january, so im used to the buggers.... I only seem to get from about late september until late december when there are no (or very few) young rabbits about. Cheers Micky Quote Link to post
