Ratreeper 441
cost me £400 a month rent for a 3 bedroom semi, 2 double bedrooms and all largish other rooms. Decent garden too, but whe you add on council tax, electricity etc its ridiculous, i could only just scrape by if i didn't share it with my girlfriend. So theres your answer, get 2-3 girlfriends to split the costs

"Caravan Utilising Nomadic Travellers" Springs to mind A couple of caravans on common land. That'll sure to focus the attention of the local "Nimbys" Let alone your love of hunting! Out of interest where in the Black country are you. Sounds way over the odds for just a room. If it isn't I'm upping the rent to my tennants!
