The 2012 National Countrysports Fair was held at Moira Demense yesterday Saturday 26th and today Sunday 27th May. And what a 2 day family occassion this was. Moira Game Fair was the venue where the Gilford Lurcher and Terrier club held their 13TH Annual Dog Show, and this year as every other year was a roaring success. well to be honest the last time was badly attended and on top of that Matt was down right ignorant when I asked him a simple question, not the first time,also the racing was far too short at a timeit used to be a good long race. I dont think so this year but maybe next year if i hear good reports, perhaps this show needs some new organisers too, might save it fermanagh is always underepresented on the show front, I rememember my buddy and i travelled to tully castle one year to there was four lurchers at it and the terrier judge caused a bit of a row picking his own dogs or something like tha

Just had a day at the most built up fair this year...the weather was good, thats all i can say !! Lurcher show was as usual IN HOUSE judging with the same faces, the racing track is a fxxking disaster waiting to happen. didnt even get to do the high jump as there was that much faffing around the time ran out ! Sorry lads but this was very disappointin after all the hype. bring on florencecourt and the matts ! NO MUZZLES..SHOCKING !!

We have been asked to consider other shows for qualifiers for the Master Mc Grath Challenge ( racing- two to qualify from each show) to take place on the 7th July at the Irish Game Fair at Shanes Castle AND the Five Nations International Lurcher Championships ( Show Champion to qualify) at Birr Castle on the 26th August.
