Had a great days craic yesterday at the Sporting Whippet Club of Northern IrelandS Dog Show held at Dunsilly Kennells, Belfast. The weather was just OK, but still did not rain to we were on our way home. It was nice to see such a good turnout of Whippets. The amount of Whippet pups in the ring this year is just amazing, and all top quality pups. The whippet breed has really taken off over this last 5 years. Back then when you went to an open show you were lucky if you seen 5 or 6 whippets in the ring. Now there is 14 and some times 18 or 19 in the ring at a time. Its just brilliant to see thi

I'd also like to thank all those who visited our stand. The 62 new members that we got goes to show how much terrier folk support and want to fight for our terriers and way of life. Thanks again, Neil.

Ireland Shanes Castle Game Fair Weekend
appleblossom posted a topic in Gamefairs, Meet Up's and Events
Shanes Castle Co Antrim was the venue last weekend for The Great Game Fairs of Ireland 50th Golden Game Fair. Shanes Castle is steeped in history and sits on the north-east shores of Lough Neagh.
