Just put a new battery in the collar ready for checking a small place on the shoot in a bit, but the only way i can get the collar to turn off is by taking the battery out. Tried the magnet with and without the plastic housing on but still not working. Any ideas?

My bitch, 6 year old. Steady baying bitch but knows when to grab hold. Just what i like as the ground i work on is more stone that soil so even a shallow dig can take a long time!
