    crow is attacking reflection in glass. had it many times larson trap with carrion crow under window the cure.

    i keep running larsons till october. 76 magpies 13 carrions and 2 foxes so far,slower now but still worth it.

    am near denbigh in denbighshire. more than welcome to callbird when i start trapping. carrion crows will be available too. keep in touch.

    am overwintering 3 magpie callbirds at moment. warm and dry in barn. i would wait till it warms up before trapping. despite what the experts telll you the 1st one is very hard to catch.last year took 162 magies 62 carrion crows and 2 foxes in 2 larsons. i am in north wales if i can help with call bird.

    place trap near waters edge and camo with some vegatation.bait with fresh fish head or can of sardines or mackeral in veg oil oil prevents flies from laying eggs.mink are relativaly easy to trap so you will get a quick result im sure let us know how you get on.

    Don't give up on the carrions! used two traps last year for magpies and caught 28 adult carrions plus 130 targeted magpies. some went in for magpie callbird but also used crow callbird. placing trap under used crow nest often got both cock and hen within hours. under a good sitty tree also good eggs in trap also helped. cock bird best as caller and keep well fed day old chicks great food.hope this helps let us know how you get on.

    time to get larson trapping. has anybody in denbighshire or flintshire got a magpie or carrion crow available.will collect and supply call birds to others once catching.three traps being baited with eggs this week to try for first bird but headstart would be great. many thanks.
