    I think it depends on the pup, and the situation, like is it just you and the 'pup', or do you have an experienced dog the pup can watch? or do you mean to actively participate? in which case the sort of land, even the ground, dogs breeding/physical development, so many other things, like the dogs mentality, it's a very broad question and unanswerable without knowing the variables matey.

    Not the best pic, 12 weeks old, very small for his age, must be taking after his whippet side as Sire is a big dog, but he's a very happy, energetic little thing and only plan on using him for bunnies anyway

    When my lurcher, a saluki mix and on her lead, was attacked recently on a walk through a nature reserve, by a huge loose bull terrier mix, resulting in both my dog and myself receiving pretty serious bites, her to her rear end and me to my hands and forearms trying to fend it off 'till owner turned up (when she did, we argued, she accused me of starting the fight, l made her put the dog on a lead, watched her walk 20 meters and let it loose again, whereupon it immediately lunged at a guy on a bike) I was close to the road and when l got there l stopped a passing cop car, both my dog and my
