whats the chance of this happening to me again. out this morn on me bike ride giving the dog her exercise local farm track .when the bitch runs in to a gatehole [wheatfield] with that a hare bolts out stops to the side of me jumps in the air under me front basket containing flask/bino;s basket comes of smashes flask; bino;s ok whence of it bolts of up the track dog in pursuit. gutted. i had;nt even had a drink out of it .or well;could have been me bino;s

thats the stuff. they fold the leaves back and lay a egg in between. last summer i moved house and the new owners were going to fill pond in; so i caught about hundred and fifty up; young and old; and released them not far from were i live now. i found that when i first put then in my pond must be nearly twenty years ago they never returned for a couple of years .good luck. wildlife needs as much help as possible

best plant for newts to breed in is [myosotis]water forget me not .its out in flower now grows on the margins dykes/rivers etc expensive to buy at garden centres so get out looking if you want to save money

keep it up if your feeding wildbird seed soak a cupfull; sproated as long as they clean it up in a day. dont feed whole peanuts

WHY. dont get me wrong and i;ll stick my neck out BUT straight ;pedigree bedlingtons are not what they was and maybe never . the majority of earth dogs are three quarter bred be it lakeland /patterdale stick em acoss a whippet and they will hunt like; well lads who have em will know. bit of a problem on the lamp i have a 3/4 bred that will face anything to ground but has come to grieaf on the funny fella;s [only one thing on her mind ].could never even think about lamping with her sh;ed be gone sweat ing thinking about it. but if you know your area and your confident enough. and be prepared
