    I've bin reading over a few of the Hancock threads and I'm very surprised at some of the negative things wrote about their dogs, I find it weird to see how most who are slating the man and his dogs have never owned one so have know experience good or bad. Is it the fact he gets 250-300 pound a pup instead of 100 pound a pup you breed yourselfs out of 2 so called super workers?? Makes me laugh when folk say they only buy pups out of good working dogs, one mans good dog is another ones bad dog. Some people class a good dog one that catches 20 Bunny's over a season.     If you actually read my first post you will see that i say i havnt got time to bring a pup on its mid season and i needed one marking at a high standard right away, i have a pup which will be brought on next year but it will take a full season to be to a standard i like my dogs to be, then i will have 2 top markers to use and wont be in a position i was in when my dog died. Yes most dogs will mark when taken but no dog will mark like an experienced dog after going out for a couple if weeks. As for pegging dogs down whilst we ferret i prefer it that way no point it bein loose it not a lurcher t

    If you put that 100 quid in your petrol tank and spent it all running around trying to get some permission, you could end up with as many days sport as you want! Not these days Seems to work well enough for myself and many others mate, you honestly saying your that desperate for a day out you would come all the way over from lancashire, to pay someone a ton, to kill a handful of rabbits (and it will probably only be a handful) which you then have to hand over at the end of the day?
