    Yeah I've seen a few midges near the cage recently so could that be the same for mine for the red dots the mites in his ears are clearing up but there is one still in can i use tweezers to get the last one out cheers glad your ferret is ok Norseman

    There not right in their nearly there if it is mites, could it just be alot of wax maybe ? Ive found a fella on my street whose a ferreter im going down to see him in the morning and see if he will have a look and see if it is definitely mites, i hope it is nothing to worry about pal keep me posted on what the red dots are tc

    rats tail lol it actually looks like one yeah at the front of the cage where the door is he slides down from the second floor to the bottom rubbing his body against the mesh cheers

    i treat them once a month with ferret flea treatment says it covers mites flys etc so the tail is ok then cheers

    I got told to never let them run out of food and starve them before going to work but i ain't that stupid why would anyone put a hungry ferret down a hole full of fresh food definitely going to lay up

    The information i got was from a lad who doesn't use locators n if his ferret doesn't come back he leaves it he feeds it on dry dog food aswel, i wouldn't snap there teeth that would be cruel thanks again

    I didn't get mine till they was a bit older one was around 8 months that's what the people said when i got him and the other i don't know i got him of wabbit slayer on here he said he didn't look that old so trying to handle as much as possible

    Cheers everyone im definitely going to handle them more than what I do, i do pick them up every day like you vanman when feeding i talk to them and put them back straight away but i wanted mine to be soft as shite but good workers and as you said I'm going to carry on as i am thanks everyone appreciate your comments

    I called mine milo and digger, milo came from just thinking of a name and digger hes always digging lol cheers fella thought i was been stupid naming them Do you play with the ferrets or just handle them once or twice a day, ive been told to let them get abit aggressive mine don't bite but there always trying to get out of my hand when i hold them is this just normal for ferrets just I've seen on youtube people holding the ferrets when out and they seemed to be more handled than mine or is it because mine are hobs, also rabbit demon, you say yours are pets first then workers i got told that no
