    she was just brought out after a few green rabbits to give her confidence she catches them and like benchick said she them at there legs and eats them... done it to about 5 rabbits on the lamp

    I have a whippet cross Bitch that is starting to eat rabbit and not retrive them... normally she would retrive but.now she rips them apart and eats them:( any advice plz

    Thanks lads there was more fleash on it the i though was about to go out and bring her to a lad do do a job on it (I'm only 15 and would have a clue what to do) but she not it off anyway...

    Lurcher bitch ripped front dew claw and its hanging by a bit of flesh... Shoud I go vet or just rip it off? When I say flesh it's like to bits of skin on it.

    I say get a pup... Unless you get a trail or know the dog I got a whippethound 2years back was told he was live to hand and very obedient... He was the exact opposite, he would tear rabbits apart and run off if he missed a rabbit, there's a lot of lads out there that will say anything to make a few quid at the expense of others.

    Hello, I'm 14 and from Ireland big into lamping with lurchers my favourite hobby also love fishing when lamping finishes, I have one lurcher she is a saluki collie whippethound back to a pure whippet.
