They've always done what was effective at the time,why have they been so persecuted everywhere they settle for 5000 years? is it everyone else's fault? no of course i haven't,read the talmud,that's the least deniable. after that try; the Authoritarian personality or dare i say it the protocols of the learned elders of zion. So who created these ideologies? Who created the EU and why? Who founded the soviet union and who were the vast majority of their hierarchy and political officers? Who funds and administers within the ANC? So enshrine equality across the board and allow those that can, and let them... do. If you remove all the barriers you remove all the quota restraints thus freeing up a system of appeasement and creating a system of ability. well then we have Ghettos full of certain races and liberals screeching about white privillage and other bull shit. not to mention all the tensions that eventually would bring. This is a pickle, isn't it! How far do you go to protect without enshrining one group over another? Could we successfully argue that if equality was administered, across the board, then there wouldn't be a need to issue specific legislation to protect individual groups? No it wouldn't some groups outperform others,so we need 'proportional representation' i.e letting under qualified minorities take up positions in society that are detrimental to us all.

I agree any breed can be a liability part of the joys of owning a dog. my mums westy would attack anyone who got into the garden and the postman,no-one could stop her. imagine a 10 year old lad kicked a ball over the fence and climbed over,not a huge problem he might get a nip but he'll walk away fine. now replace the word westy with boerboel,an entirely different situation isn't it? So what you saying ban all large guardian breeds? Why stop there, may as well ban all terriers after what happened in Sunderland yesterday. Didn't you use to have a guard dog? no....w

all the people talking about guard dogs,do you get them professionally trained? i've had a couple and would still want a much more experienced friend available to help and advise when necessary. imagine the feeling of a big Presa or American Bulldog you owned getting hold of an innocent person,maybe even a child and being unable to get it off.
