    WAS TALKING TO SOME AND WE WER TALKING ABOUT YIPPING IN SOME DOGS SO WOULD IT WORK TO CONTROL THE YIPPING IN THE DOG WHILE RUNNING SOME GAME OR WOULD IT HAVE AN EFFECT THAT WHILE RUNNING AND BARKING IT GETS A SHOCK AND GOES GREEN FROM IT AND NOT WANTING TO RUN ?
