    I planned on sitting tonight but had a walk around instead, i might try that one another time mac

    It is a big one i got another tonight just as big with 2 big layers of fat in them aswell

    Went back to the same fields again as last night and seen more rabbits than i did last night but mostly in the distance, its quite light here aswell so couldnt get anywhere near close enough, (and the swampy ground didnt help again) Managed to get 1 this time, when it drys up itl be sound

    Nice one si, the photons seem to make my eye dodgy after a while, the lamps are sound with the different colours to change every now and then.

    The longest iv been out with it was about 5 hours and i used it a few times after that untill it want flat so id say 7 hours maybe more, the maker recons 15 hours

    Went on some fields tonight now theyv took the horses in and seen a good few rabbits around the hedgerows, only problem was it was too boggy and i made too much noise, found some nice warrens now the nettles have died off and seen plenty of rabbits drop into them, i managed to get these 2 that stayed out to be nosey, hopefully get a good few here in the next few weeks with the hw100 then ferret them in a month or so.

    That sounds a right place youv got si, I think il do a bit of night shooting in this wood mate, iv not been out at night for a while, nice one.

    Cheers lads, the cammo does blend in pretty well john cheers mate, Not seen any rabbits or ferrals for the last 2 or 3 times around the farm si but theres a decent few rabbits in a wood i walked through with the dog yesterday so will be taking the gun there next week.

    Had a bit of time out walking around the cow sheds today, it was a nice sunny morning but i was in the shade most of the time and it was freezing, went to see if any ferrals were around but not one, didnt see any rabbits either but seen a good few collards and i got these with the hw100

    She is coming on realy well les, I know pat has always had decent dogs so i knew when you said you could get her from pat for me that she would be sound, cheers again les.

    Iv never had a big lurcher mate always prefer small ones for rabbiting, sounds like yours has a bit of growing left aswell if hes only 6 month
