    Hi lads, My dog escaped from my garden this morning and my neighbour found him at 9 am and took him to the nearest vets as they didn't no it was mine, so they then rang the council dog warden who then took him, as soon as I knew that he was missing I called the police to see if anyone had handed him in and also call the local vets and one inform me that it had been found and that the council warden had him so I call the warden out of hours and they said I can't have my dog back till Monday and I would be charged £136 + vat and then £13 a night and then a vet check over, I explained that it
