    Not every hare is the same,if your dog picks them up on 2 or 3 turns 9 times out of 10 theres something wrong with them or they are in kindle or bouncing of fences,It takes a hell of a good dog to kill a daytime hare.

    Used to own one a few years ago like chit of a shovel on the lamp but used to bust the rabbits up terrible,she used to kick the dirt up in your face she was that quick,not very good stamina for the hares though,just my opinion, ATB.

    Yea [bANNED TEXT] i keep cockers got a bitch 9 year old and doing well,slows down but for the better i think,But a lurcher has to run and sometimes looses a good bit of speed with age.
