  1. I wanna do it my self just wanted as much advice as I can get the more I no the better chance I would have training her
  2. help my cocker spaniel pup aged 5 months whont consentrate .in training I have walked her to try and carm her down.but it hasnt don't worked she will retrieve anything which is good I no but everythink else she just so exited I understand she a pup but her sister is doing great with her training and she is very laidback...if anyone can help with telling me where I can start to get this corrected then that would be great there not many people around here with spaniels that I can ask ...so any help would be greatfully recived REGARDS DUANE 87
  3. also I carnt seem to get my 5 month old cocker to carm down enough to train walked her to try and get her less exited.but it hasn't worked any ideas
  4. still got the 14 month old but recently found out she has a ligament problem which is causing her problems .so decided to get another pup and let my wife have her as a pet .....but she can come out on occasions regards

  9. hello ive recently purchased a cocker spaniel puppy age 5 months I would like to no whats my first steps of training I only whant my dog for rought shooting and bushing ive always had dogs trained in the past but its time for me to give it a go my self all help will be greatful
  10. my mate had a lab and shes great he only takes her beating once a week and shes a family dog .but my preferce is a cocker but each to there own.horses for courses all do simuler jobs but some are suited better for people lifestyles atb DUANE 87

    she just don't whant to leave u seems like shes got a strong bond with u doing anythink to get your attenction which as worked in her eyes.ive got bowels that screw on the wire .so they carnt be tipped ive had this problem with my cocker she use to wine for a bit but as soon as she realized I had garn she had stopped has got my wife to keep a sneaky eye on her.hope this help mate. if u need any more help pm me

  15. cockers are very good family dogs ive got children of young age and there great but all depends on how u bring them up.u must let them no [BANNED TEXT] the boss u don't have to hurt them . but u must be thirm .hope this helps u atb duane 87
