    Funny how history repeats itself... We may still be stuck in other ones, but we haven't started a decent war in a while...Libya doesn't count...too easy.     Nor I, most of mine are winter ones for the reason I imagine you're thinking. It's the scent that is of value so don't wash em if you wish to get the best price.

    Dear Fellow Hunters, Following some of the posts in my thread The Hunters Chronicles, a fair number of folks have got in touch and asked for some pointers regarding how I process my kills. Here's a little pictorial guide to how I go about it. Some have also professed to being unaware that there is a market for these skins. A quick search of rabbit or squirrel skins on eBay will show you that Dog trainers and Fly Fishermen are willing to pay good money for a well treated pelt. Nearly £10 a pop for squirrels it seems and around £6-£8 for a rabbit. That'll get you some pellets! Now for t

    A quick follow up to the original review, I've got myself the camo pouch. Equal in quality and just as functional. Here's some pics. Now I have the Camo one for my .22 pellets, the other for my .177's so no more emptying and refilling just slide one off the belt, the other on! Simples!

    Safety reapplying? Now that's odd. Have a play with the second stage, otherwise I wouldn't have a clue.

    Superfields were ok but too fat, requiring a good shove of the bolt to insert. Jsb Exact/aa fields were much better in my s200. Am interested in the crosmans phantom and mole have used with deadly effect.

    I think for simplicity I'd have to back the s200 over the ultra having experienced both.

    I'm sure someone far better qualified than I will be along shortly, but i will say a superten owner came out hunting with me last night and was very impressed by my little S200. He even believed it to be more accurate. If the fun adjuster won't like 400, she wont like the 5-700 of an r10! Most i think would agree a good s10 is more than a match for the r10. Decisions decisions...

    Nice write up Elliott. Always refreshing not to read of scores slaughtered in an hour (as entertaining and frustrating as those write ups are!). It is all too easy to get too focussed and fail to appreciate the surroundings and its goings on...
