Thanks for that input I'm not going to rush into in there is a shop in Sunderland that I'm gunna go thro and have a look at the cameras and pick the brains of who ever works there

I have a second hand D300,....I thought that I had cracked the Instruction Manual,..I thought that I understood ? Sadly,..I don't... I realise that this Nikon camera was designed with the Semi pro in mind, and it is presumed that the operater has a firm grasp of the various dials,.but,.truth is, I wish that there was an AUTO facility....a kind of, 'point and shoot' menu... I am fed up, travelling to a far away destination ,..allowing my cur to hunt up her quarry,..only for me to waste the opportunity of an action shot. What lense would I need for action shots ?

Think I'd need an entry level camera tbf and I have looked at some of the cameras suggested and from reading some reviews the Nikon d3200 sounds more suited to me with no photography experience, I'm sure I read that it was an entry level camera and was decent at action shots which is what I'm after.

Alright I'm looking to buy a decent camera to take some action shots of dogs working as well as some wildlife photos as I get about abit and take a fair few snaps on my phone but there no where near as good as a proper camea

Real busy up here just now with tourists and it will be like this until October now but if you head up this way shout up I will have a wander with you..I know most of this place like the back of my hand haha Yeah dam tourists ? will do, hopefully the weather is as good your way on as it is here

Well I'm thinking a Lake walk so dogs can have a bit of a swim then go for a bite to eat

Depending on the weather think I'll put the dogs in the motor and go up the lakes for a day out with our lass only trouble is where to go as there is so many nice places in the lake distric

The young dog approching 11 month standing around 22.5 tts and 42lb gunna keep at his training thro the summer then get him running late August early September
