    i have a saluki cross and have had a greyhound cross and i just think if u go down the fens u need stamima and speed but its horses for courses but each to your own and remember the greyhound as been a round a long time were would lurchers be with out them

    might have been dreaming it was a good dog same as a pub dog never seen the fields full of bull

    it probably a thorn went in and came out but still can get poison in but i think u have got puss out but it will take time to heal mate plenty salt water

    i think u only get 1 really good dog in a life time to be honest i have had some bad dogs but i dont think its all about crosses its about giving the dog the chance and the dog as got to want to do the job we have all had bad crosses of 1 or the other so i think it is more or less pot look because even the best breeing does not throw good pups all the time

    what u hunting mate big difrence rabbit and hare just do a bit of some small field work thats what i did with my old dog then i took him down fens and beleive me he was ready so dont rush him mate many a good dog been spoiled rushing good luck mate

    some good dogs in derbyshire mate hope u get a dog but watch what u doing check the feet some dogs have lots of trouble with them any way good luck mate

    u right mate if u happy with your dog and it does the job crosses dont matter mate

    i no adg and we have been out many a night and day been in the show ring with him and a better man with a dog u will never see the master with a dog belive me not just obedient

    i run a saluki greyhound whippet now, and although shes obedient at home shes got a couple of strange traits like shes nervous of the washing machine and the flashing light on the microwave lol, but as soon as she gets on the fields shes a different dog. you can tell she absolutely loves it it took a long time to get her going typical saluki laid back but now she no the job so if u keep giving your dog a chance u wil be rewarded all the best lads

    hi lads do u think lurchers go with fashion because i had a good lurcher not sure of the cross but he killed rabbit and hare any were short fields and the fens but i never once would change that cross because he did the job and did it well so lads what ever cross u have if him or she does your job u have a good cross happy hunting lads
