    Cheers andy,i wanna buy one as it sounds perfect for what I want as ill be shooting rats n pigeons at no more than 35 yrds,the only thing that puts me off is the co2 as id like a spring rifle,but its a small compromise as apart from that it fits the bill,what would you say are the best pellets to shoot from it?

    I know its called ratcatcher and this may sound stupid but is it actually good for killin rats? what type of range is it best at and would it be any good for occasional shooting in barns n chicken pens,im new to shooting and as all ill be shooting is rats it sounds like a good option,and would I get a good condition 2nd hand one for £100?     Cheers lads, I will do ulv moocher,i knocked on a farm yesterday he said I can have the permission but its pointless because theres nothing about n like you said the farm was really clean which I didnt expect,it seems really hard for me to get permission maybe because im only 23 but when I do get it theres nothing about,i was up ulverston on weekend seen 3 roe deer,in the same spot every year I see them

    Im in the same boat mate,want to get my terrier out with some working terriers to let it learn a few tricks,plus ive never been ratting before so help would be appreciated

    Stick an ad on preloved mate,i did a fortnight ago n got loads of lads ringin me,ended up gettin a patterdale x lakey for £,been spot on for what I want

    Well I took the bitch out today to a spot I know holds a lot of bunnies its a row of trees between two big open fields they planted a couple of years ago which I knew wouldnt take long for something to make its home in there so I kept my eye on it over the years,anyway I got their dogs nose was straight to the floor so I knew something had been about so off she went flying through the cover I heard her bark and out popped 3 bunnies n then the dog,so I leased it back up but was pullin like mad so let her off again n to my surprise this time I heard a bark n out popped 2 roe,just goes to show if

    Just ordered a cage trap should be here monday,cant wait to go n set it got the perfect spot between 2 stables where the rats run up n down,will keep updating the dogs progress atb chris

    I dont know mate, the guy said she had caught couple of rabbits n a few rats so id like to just keep it on the two if I could,its never seen an earth before so hopefully thats a bonus but I reckon if its in its blood to do it then it will,is there anyway you can stop a dog going to ground? I just dont wanna let it off bushing n it dissapear

    Will do carpman,just secured some permission at 3 stables n 5 acres of fields surrounding the stables,not much but its only a 10 minute walk from my house n it keeps the dog interested plenty of bunnies there n gauze bushes for her to fly through,will keep updating her progress see how she turns out atb chris

    Bought a 14 month old patt x lakey yesterday took her for a mooch this morning seen a few bunnies n shes pullin like mad,she bolted 2 rats from under some coregated sheet shes keen as hell best quid ive spent,i reckon she will be a goodworker

    some cracking photos there, had a mooch this mornin just to get the dog out seen 6 hares, and as i was walking through the marsh down by the estuary i heard a big splash so i looked back to the waters edge and there was 3 roe deer 2 doe and a buck swimming across the estuary tried getting a picture on my phone but they were too far away
