    I've just got some permission and am getting an air rifle to take rabbits And i'd like 'Misty' to retreive them for me Shes caught and bought back live rabbits before so im hoping she'll be ok with it. Would i be best to get a cured rabbit skin and attach it to the dummy first ?? Cheers Leon

    Ive just been granted a small bit of permission on a paddock to shoot rabbits with my 12 bore And i'd like to get an air rifle aswell to reduce the numbers with I havent got a bomb to spend but would like to get a fairly good gun. I'd like to spend £100 - £150 and thats for a gun and scope. What else would i need ?? Bipod ?? I was thinking .22 What pellets are good ?? Cheers Leon

    I dont know much about this but i think you would need permission to shoot it somewhere. The general thing is that .22 are for hunting and .177 are for target practise but both could be used for hunting with no trouble. The .22 is a heavier pellet which doesnt fly as fast as a .177 but delivers more force when it hits the prey as opposed to a .177 which because its smaller can sometimes fly straight through the prey without delivering its full force I think thats right lol Leon

    Martin invited me and my dad for a few hours ferreting so we drove up to lowestoft today We were only ferreting for a couple of hours but we managed to get 8 rabbits We ferreted along a ditch which held quite a few rabbits but some of the holes were hard to get to due to being under a hedgerow (Blackthorn and Hawthorn) After packing up martin told us how to skin and gut them and i took one home to skin me self which is simmering away while i write this It was mine and my dads first time ferreting and we really enjoyed it Highlight of the day had to be watching martin chase after a
