  1. Thanks great lads thanks for the advice
  2. was thinking about useful things I could do with a bit of spare time when I cant get out in the field and I have watched a few of the net making videos on the internet and thought I would fancy trying myself, not to sell just for my own use and was wondering the 2 inch gaugeing board does this have to be flat as I have a couple of plastic weights off the bottom of some old blinds and they are bevelled out slightly on both sides, would this matter or does it have to be flat?
  3. just read this blog on thl from September last year, could this idea catch on or are people cagey about sharing their permission, if you cant work your land for whatever reason would it not be an ideal solution to share it? this seams to have worked for the allotment shortage where if you have a plot of land would it not be better someone got use of it instead of it being unused? would this really work for the hunting scene? whats your thoughts guys and gals?... be honest!...
  4. good point the one and another excuse to get more jills happy days
  5. a light pinch on the nose when they nip usually works well

  7. great thread lads but all down to personal preference then and how keen your wallet is.....
  8. would love to see anyone get in my back with 3 akitas roaming around, the funniest thing I saw was a scrap man jump over the 6 foot gate and back over without his feet touching the ground on the garden side, akitas 1 invaders 0 pmsl

  13. hi glad to here all is well I had this a few years ago with a jill of mine, suspected heatstroke so placed her in a good sized cardboard box with a warm hot water bottle wrapped in a towel at one end of the box and a dry towel at the other, with heat stroke immune system is low and without a little heat is open to a chill ,ferret can then move either end for more or less heat, rehydration solution like the lads said or dyoralite you would give kids can get it out the chemist little and often.
  14. best spade I ever used was an old ladies digging spade it had a narrower blade not as heavy and the handle snapped at the bolt so I refitted with a thick long bush handle served me well
