my mate has a wheaton greyhound that he has no time or interest in fast game jumps but has done nothing all season she was really good on all legal quarry the two seasons before though she is abit over weight just needs abit time put back into her 25 26 tts 3 years old the dog is near alnwick northumberland shes a good bitch that is just gana waste away sorry for putting it in this section it wouldnt work on dogs for sale section these pics were start of the season when she was in shape
well i thought it was good and it dont matter how big you are if you get hit in the temple/chin with a good hook its lights out lol size mean nowt i suppose its the same as its not the size of the dog in the fight its the fight in the dog that counts
my mate had a goodpure bull but split up wit lass and she put it in kennels it was a red dog called diesel frm newbigin game as probs be in longbenton dog kennels it was about 19tts
colour aint essential to me as i have a brindle dog its just i like black dogs. i was just wondering what type of bull grey people liked as iive spoke to a few people that say they use small light bitch to turn it then have these big monster that turn up a few mins later and finish the job lol i think you should justhave 1 lean mean 1 that turns it catches it and kills it problem solved
just wondering what peoples views are on what a bull greyhound should look like or more favorable looks and what kind of performance you should get from them.
my opinion is a really racey well muscled greyhound body with a greyhouds head but just a little thicker jaw for bite power nothing like these big barrel heads you see though and great wide chests surely that would hinder there running as the back legs would have to be really wide apart to pass front legs and chest when running.
mentality
greyhound temperment with a higher pain threshold and prey drive from the bull and not bac
i thinkthere great little dogs a lad who i sometimes go out with has 2 and he goes out about 2 or3 nights a week they get about 10 15 runs between them wat would be working a whippet hard to you lads like about 30 runs a nite? and aslong as we keep moving they dont mind the cold just when we stop for abit they can start shivering abit great as pet/working dog just love cuddles lol
age no excuse well a think ur wrong i think an older man has better chance as they will think he has alot more experience, sense and more trustworthy than a young lad just like anything in life really but i will keep trying though
looks amazing my girlfriends uncle lives in Canada and has haseled me to go over for a few years but never wanted 2 as it takes about 12 hours 2 get there he has friends into hunting and fishing over there think i might have to ask him if his mates do this ill be over in a flash if the do am sure he said he had yotes at the bk of his garden
i was going around the shows in the summer trying to find a stud dog for her as i dont know many lurchermen. obviously i wanted to see the dog work before hand. i thought that would be my best chance of getting a good dog 4 her but in the end i found i nice whip grey that i liked and had good proof of working parents
