iv seen dogs ruined by kids ,they go soft thats a fact .nothing wrong in the odd stroke ect and bit of fuss but let a dog be a dog and not a doll..you start to namby pambe dogs they get used to the easy life and like the sette over going to work in the ground ,seems to much like hard work for them once they have tasted the easy life ..if you say other wise you aint had meny dogs in your life ..we all learn the hard way ..

went out the other day to shift some foxs for the keeper .started of by trying a well worked earth been there for years it has ,mates dog in and on in about 20 seconds ,working his fox to the stop end which was about 20 ft from were we dropped the dog in which took about 10 mins gave it a short time as we know once this dog has it in the stop end it aint going no were got a reading on the b&f 1.7 nice easy going all the way down .no rocks no roots feck all ..which makes a nice change ..broke through and got one vixon ..shot that one in the head .one behind that one .shot that one also, for

thats what i like to see ,plenty of room for you and the dog to see and work cant do with lads digging and leaveing a little hole for the dog to work in,and even to send a draw dog in ..the old saying goes let the dog see the rabbit ...good on yer to share your day out with us

had a mate of mine ring me the other day trying for a invite if the truth be known told him to get him self over and dont bring any jibbers or jackers with him ..i was jokeing when i said that too him honest started the day with a nice 3ft dig on clay ,did not time it but id say we were in and done in about 45 mins got a nice big lad out off that one moved on the check some more earths but no one home untill we went to a nice little wood were have a nice 7 holer ...dog in ,baying like a goodun in no time ,,plenty of running about for what must of been 30 mins ..got a few marks 1.5-

mick dadd will make some for you any size you like he uses spun nylon ,,,some of the best nets iv ever had came from that man ...id go 7 ft if i was you and i mean 7 ft ..5ft nets are are a waste of time

im glad you put this post up it may have saved me a lot of time and money eley club is the first round im going to try out when i get my new rimmy i know that all the power in the world is a waste of time if you dont hit your mark you may have the best gun the best sights fancy this and that bolted to your gun but at the end of the day its all down to that little piece of lead that comes out of the end of the barrel ,i dont mind paying the extra as long as they fly true ,nothing more anoying than missing and you know it was down to a flyer ,but thats cheep or the wrong ammo for you and yo -
you dont want any dog shitting on your grass it far to hard to pick up far easyer to teach them to shit on the tarmac or concret then give it 10 or more minits and scoop it up as it will have dried out a bit ,as for ferrets and terriers never and i say never trust a terrier with a ferret if its got any type of history of good blood in its jeans even if you think its broken to ferrets they will turn in the end they always do it may be a week it may be ten years but if given half the chance it will kill the ferret,we are talking propper digging dogs here ,plummers dont count

i know a guy who a pest controler ,he got his fac on a open ticket becouse he was going to shoot fox ect in peoples back gardens ..which he does with the rimfire but has a 22.250 also ..he had no land at all to shot over ...just out of intrest to you guys he shoots the fox 4" behind the front leg with the rimmy and there dead on impact so he tells me ..

after the police have said no to your sgc you have 21 days to appeal against the decision,i told the police i would be taking it to court, my brief did the rest ,my brief told me he did not think i would win the case but i did ..if you lose its not that much money really but if like me you feel strongly about it its the only way the crown court is a very fair court there not daft and dont take sides like the the smaller courts do..going by your police record thats not enough to stop you from having one ..what was you depressed over was it coming off drugs if it was you still have a good chanc -

i have a aas410 as new giving out 11.56 ftlbs with bag,10 shot mag and good scope for £400 but you dont get any of the charging gear ...my fac is coming through so i need the money for the rimmy im after ..no ifs or butts it £400 or nothing -

i got charged with attempted murder then dropped to sec 18 with intent ,yep i went jail ,i been a bad lad in my day not much i aint done ,been to approve school, borstel,yp, and prison more than once ,i went for my sgc they said no ...twice i thought feck this iv been a good lad for 13 yrs now so i took it too crown court ..told the judge what a twat i have been ,and iv seen the error of my ways and was going to be no more trouble from me ever ..i now have two shot guns in my gun safe and my fac on its way take it to court it cost me nothing as i won the case i was deppressed like you -
if your shooting close up stuff 100-150 yrds you can use a lighter round but 200-300 yrds you need to go that bit heavier as you will find a lighter bullit will drift and lose speed over distance

heres mine ,cost me £906 for runs come with bolts ect ,the roof was xtra very easy to put up did every thing my self but the base had help there ,base runs and roof now stands me about £1400 two on the left are terrier two on the right are for lurchers ,put 4 lights in today helps at night when feeding ect , looks good now with the boxs at he back of the runs that i made my self ...not shown in this early pic ..the dogs love having there own space 15x10 concret pad go for mesh not bars try the link below http://www.caninekennels.com/~sa_webapp/run.asp?page=7394

.22 magnum good for 120yrds before it starts to drop ,seen loads of foxs killed by this round mind you neally all were head shots ..for fox work you really do need some thing bigger to be fair to the fox ..

im in the same boat as you lot just put in for my fac it took staffordshire police 7 months just to say no to my sgc and 6 months the second time just to haar them say no again 2 years later the crown court said yes now two yrs on im asking again for my fac theres no way they can say no this time ,got the land got the reason to want and hold one ..told me it would be 6 to 11 weeks ..id be happy if it was 15 weeks as i know it will be longer but you never know i may get lucky
