No I saw gazelle run with Saluki, hares the same and bought dogs back and trained them same way for hares etc, to many injury's in the falcons.

It maters not one jot to me in reality, my blood is thinker than most. I learned a long time ago that if everyone who says they hunt did so, the UK would be devoid of wildlife, and I have always said, there are far more hares caught in the bar room then in any field, and long my it remain that way.

Not correct. but some of us made a living catching foxes, rabbits and later deer and in my case I went where the work was. What I didnt do was sit on my haunches thinking about doing it, I hunted in one form or another 300 days a year and as an old man I still do, only difference I do it for pleasure, like this morning. No doubt whilst most people and possibly you were in your flea pit scratching your bits and pieces I was out taking Roe doe's back in the door at 6am with 2.

I had forgotten how much some people disliked the man, deliberately forgotten after spending some time with 4 woman who poured there hearts out to me, that was enough for any sane man. By the way, warble grubs like wasp grubs make a great fishing bait, hooked lightly and cast into the flowing water they wriggle nicely- maybe someone should have had the treatment.

I dont really. but he took huge parts of my life story along with other and used them to make money, he had no morel compass. I saw him ruin the life of People and dogs-because he could. Its not worth getting hot under the collar over, I am just glad I out lived him.

Lets just say i had a huge disdain for him and a huge hatred of warbles and other parasitic life forms.

So if he is one of the saluki breed worshipers he needn't bother, I used them for what god intended.

If you knew him, truly knew him you would know, he understood ferreting with a dog well enough, he understood fox digging and catching the odd rat and dog fighting. The rest well lets leave it at that.

I used them in Poland and the Ukraine in the 1990s and again a couple of years ago, fantastic hare dogs the big lands.
