    i use a bench grinder with a belt sander on the side get the most of with grinder then take my time with the sander when you get ya edge i lay the blade flat on the sander and try and blend it in that useualy does it for me

    dhxgh x collie gh was my 1st lurcher fantastic 1st time lurchers i all so have one at the mo out of my 1st dogs lines make fantastic all rounder if this is what you wont i will give you a tip DONT rush this type as they take longer than most to mature but when they are mature fantastic theas are mine the top one has long gone died doing what he was bred for and the second one is his nephue

    i have only heat treated the blade not the handle

    yes i heat treat them if not they go dull so easy its carban steal i use so it will be very sharp for longer

    hi all this is a new knife i am doing for a fella i no i have just heat treated it that is why its black it will have brass pins all the way up and the handle will be thuya burr this wood has a real nice pattern to it i have wet the wood to show up the patern a little i should hopefully have it done in a couple of days

    these where mine dont have the one on the left now they are both beddy whippet gh the one on the left was 24" and his dad on the right is 24 1/2" ths

    the run of the mill high street vets are ok for ya rabbits and hamsters and just jabing ya dogs i all ways take mine to a vet hat is well traind in runing dogs and no alot about them

    deep cuts will take a while to heal i sooper glue mine it clots the blood and give a good seal and wont let crap in if you do this make sure there is nothing in the wound
