    in recent years i have lamped round deryshire an yet to find a place that can produce that many fox now if he said badgers then that would be diffrent cause there literally hundreds but in these times i dont think theres as many foxs as there used to be in them days gone by...........

    not in them days it was`nt i remember times in the 70s / 80s some lads could account for upto 30 a week with a good team of terriers .. forgive me then things certainly have changed remember goin on invites into lincolnshire easy dyke digs could take 12 on a sunday ... some areas do produce but they dont produce forever when your slaughtering thats a fact an i can assure ive taken a few but that other dudes taking over 300 fox a season every season for ten year an not lamping cause lamping wasnt invented taking them with terriers not saying its not possible just saying it would have too

    so you get the dog off first with your stick then sort the quarry out,you see i couldent do that,as soon as i got my dog off, quarry would be up and off ,and if it didnt i could not keep hold of the dog with one hand and kill some thing large with the other hand,how do u manage to do it, lancer im still waiting your reply to other thread terrier section pal

    well im very thankfull of that. Listen fella ye dont run the same type of quarry as some and ye dont keep the same type of dogs, i find it hard to understand how ye can make some of your comments when ye are supposed to be a sensible type well on here anyway, theres alot on here talk the talk but dont walk the walk sounds like your talking about yourself there feller lol :laugh:

    your wright mate My mates bitch has a very overshot bottom jaw,but it does not stop her working,very good bitch.She recently had a litter of pups,6weeks old now and all mouths perfect. 6 weeks still got milk teeth sometimes defects dont show till proper teeth come through but its not a problem to me good workers have never got bad mouths so dont let it worry you pal

    i think thats a mis informed opinion because some of the people i know do it are some of the best hunters ive ever met whohave a great knowledge of natural history and science.the simple factof the matter is that driving allows you tocover a much wider amount of ground and to follow the couse where walking wouldnt allow. correct :thumbs:
