hi` well ive been on phone to bino`s uk rep there told me simmons wont mend my scope cause it sounds like i or someone else has damaged it an the warranty wont cover it ... though i beleive it was faulty now because the turret is totally missing an theres no damage what so ever it looks like its just fallen off with out me noticing... the man at bino`s uk gave me a number for a feller at a company called optrep an he said he might be able to mend but i have to pay so by looks of things simmons scopes are a bad buy an there customer service stinks but im going to look further into it an ile kee

can anyone help me ive a top quality simmons scope[well meant to be top quality well price was lol] and some how left to right turret has snapped off dont know how either work men knocked gun over or girlfreind has but she`s adamant she has`nt an i tend to beleive her , anyway turrets no where to be seen and i want to know if i can send it back to simmons to see if they can mend it for me but im struggling to find anyone in uk to deal with it, the scope was bought from guns international at barnsley but the business has been sold on and new owners dont deal with simmons so im struggling tryed
