  1. Do you make these yourself? If so can you make them for any vehicle? And what price range are they?
  2. Well the little feller has started to explore the hutch more and more today. I split the middle part of the hutch (triple hutch) with mesh so the adults can see the kit but can't get at him. Leave it like that a couple of weeks and then introduce them properly
  3. cant agree more with you paulus. when i was younger i was racing motorbikes week in week out all over britain and NI. sponsored off KAIS suzuki and raced at the MEN arena in supercross. even raced grasstacking for a while but when i was on the brink off everything i had worked for i threw my hand in because all my mates were out at weekends, pulling birds and doing what the fcuk they wanted while i was sat on a starting grid piiss wet through. i can only try my best with him and let him chose his own path. a daresay that if he does give up on the dogs/ferrets to pursue the fairer sex and t
  4. so decided to get the dogs out somewhere different today. been taking them every couple of nights on a 4 mile cycle but getting a bit bored of the same route day after day. so took them up by the reservior which is only a few hundered metres up the back way. dogs in the car, bike in the back seats have to drive as it crosses a main road. the place was packed, its a very popular hiking location and plenty of bikers/ hikers about. ive been by this place week in week out with work and never really realised how nice it actually is to just enjoy the place, in my own time and on a bike inste
  5. Good to hear I'm not the only 1!!!! This pup has been very timid with other dogs only since day 1 but away from other dogs she is as bold as brass and a real character.
  6. It is mate. The whippet was a nightmare, running off, disobedient and a pain in the arse...... Just like the pup is now. Then as soon as she finished her 1st season she's a different dog. Very trustworthy, loyal and obedient.
  7. He loves them bob. He's not one of these kids that likes being inside, he likes being outdoors. On his bike, with the dogs, fcuking about with the ferrets or helping me in the back.
  8. I'm not too sure mate. She doesn't seem to be growing much more although she still Hasn't grown into her tail! Thanks for the comments lads. She's definitley quick enough.
  9. thanks. she definitley has selective hearing should grow out of it. ross you have witnessed first hand her selective hearing shes still quite small. stands 21.5" tts a fortnight or so ago....

  13. so here a couple of pictures of the new kit i was gifted that arrived last night. 10 weeks old and a credit to the breeder. very well handled. keeping him away from my other 3 hobs for a while until he matures but introducing them slowly under supervision until hes bigger and able to look after himself. couple of pics of my other ferrets with my 2 year old. he loves them, always wants them out in the garden, handles them gently and helps me clean them out. he even takes one the park with the missus and is proud as punch of his fewwet im so glad that hes taken to them and im lookin

  15. Hi everyone. Got gifted a 10week Black eyed White kit last night and split my triple hutch so the youngster is on his own. Had him with the 3 hobs (all castrated) and they just drag him about by the scruff of the neck and he's in some pain. Tried it a few times and it's the same. I've separated him and plan to let them together for a while every day under supervision. And introduce them slowly over time until he's bigger. Obviously he's small and powerless compared to the other 3 so can't hold his own against them. Just looking for guidance on this? First time I've introduced

Mine drag the t shirt into the hammock..., always do it, must be comfy for them
  17. I've got a triple hutch mate with 3 hobs in. The floors are all joined and they have 2 sleeping hammocks. They drag tshirts from their bedding and put them in the hammock to cosy up in. I would love something bigger but a chicken coop was crap for me and I like the triple hutch because if I ever need to separate them then I can with a simple piece of wood over the pop hole. I don't personally get the ferrets out for free time as much as I'd like, I'm working and then spend time with my son and the ferrets (he loves them), bath him, dogs out and then get a few hours to myself. They get out
